April marked one of the most significant milestones of the year for the aeronautical and aerospace industry, with the new edition of FIDAE 2026 taking place in Santiago—an event that brought together key players in the sector within an environment focused on development, innovation, and the generation of new opportunities.

This instance brought together leading companies, suppliers, and authorities from different countries, consolidating itself as a strategic platform to share knowledge, showcase technological advancements, and strengthen collaboration among those who are part of an industry that continues to evolve constantly.

Throughout the event, multiple opportunities for dialogue and exchange were created, allowing participants to identify trends, address challenges, and understand how different areas of aviation and the aerospace industry are transforming, in a context driven by the incorporation of new technologies and evolving operational models.

As Aerocardal, we were part of this new edition, participating—just as we have for many years—to contribute to a space that fosters connections among stakeholders in the aviation ecosystem. Within the framework of FIDAE 2026, we not only had the opportunity to welcome clients, partners, and new contacts, as is customary, but it also served as the setting in which Aerocardal and Aircraft Industries signed an agreement to become the Maintenance Center for Chile and Latin America for the Let L-410NG aircraft they manufacture.

These types of instances not only allow us to showcase our work, but also to gain valuable insights, identify meaningful business development opportunities within the aviation industry, and continue projecting our operations in line with the sector’s demands and challenges.

We thank everyone who visited our space and were part of this important event.

Sincerely, Ricardo Real – CEO Aerocardal
