During May, Aerocardal continued strengthening one of the key areas of our operation: aeromedical flights. In an environment where responsiveness, connectivity, and timely care are essential, the air transportation of patients—both within and outside our country—has become increasingly established as a critical and high-priority need, not only for private healthcare providers and insurance companies, but also for the public healthcare system.

In this context, we would like to highlight the addition of three new state-of-the-art Let L-410NG aircraft to our aeromedical operations capability. These turboprop aircraft feature STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) capabilities, further enhancing our coverage and flexibility for evacuation missions, patient transfers, and operations in remote or hard-to-reach areas. These aircraft represent a significant advancement for our operation, enabling us to continue delivering a safe, efficient service that is prepared for a wide range of operational scenarios.

With the addition of these new aircraft, our fleet has grown to a total of eight airplanes, including both jets and turboprops, in addition to three EMS-capable helicopters, making it the largest and most versatile fleet in the Latin American Southern Cone.

We are also proud to continue developing the Internship Program we operate in partnership with Clínica Alemana and Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD), an initiative designed for physicians undertaking emergency medicine residency training. This program provides healthcare professionals with direct exposure to the operational realities of aeromedical flights, offering practical experience and strengthening their training in emergency medicine within the aviation environment.

We believe that collaboration between the clinical, academic, and aviation sectors is essential to continue advancing capabilities that contribute to better patient care and more effective responses in critical situations. At Aerocardal, we remain committed to strengthening our operations and contributing to the development of high-standard aeromedical services.

Sincerely, Ricardo Real – CEO Aerocardal
